Picture of the Day

This was the picture of the day for me yesterday, January 30, 2009 as a Turkish living in Athens...

While I was walking to my home in Ambelokipi, I have noticed the picture of Mr. Erdogan sitting next to Mr. Peres and trying to hold his arm at Davos, in Gaza row, in the Kathimerini newspaper which was held up to a kiosk on the pavement...It made me smile...

The voice and speech of Turkish PM, Mr. Erdogan, at Davos is still on my ears and seems will not leave there for years...He had "became a Turk" as Greeks say here when someone gets angry...

"I do not think that I will be coming back to Davos after this because you do not let me speak"

This became actually my new motto...Here, in Athens for some specific reasons I also say that 'I do not think that I will be coming back to Athens after this because you do not let me speak" so be happy... but I think like how Davos does not care about Mr. Erdogan, if he will be coming back or not, it seems Athens also does not give a s..t to me...
